Your trust is important to us. Our refund policy is clear, fair, and designed to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.
Refund Policy Overview
- Once a shipment is delivered successfully, no refund will be provided.
- Shipping charges, service fees, documentation charges, and customs duties are non-refundable.
- Third-party carrier fees are also non-refundable.
- You may cancel your shipment before pickup. A partial refund may be issued after deducting admin fees.
- Once the shipment is picked up or processed, refund is not possible.
- Refunds are not given for delays caused by customs, weather, airline issues, or operational challenges.
- Shipments seized by customs for illegal or undeclared items are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds apply only if insurance was purchased and the claim meets coverage rules.
- Claims require photos, invoice, and proper documentation.
- No refund for failed deliveries caused by wrong address, incomplete address, or receiver not available.
- If the receiver refuses delivery or refuses to pay customs duties, the shipper must pay return charges.
- Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Xpress Cargo may update this policy anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations requested before pickup may receive partial refund.
- No cancellations or refunds once the shipment is handed over to our team.
- For operational or legal reasons, Xpress Cargo may cancel a shipment. In such cases, refund will be provided if applicable.
