- By using the shipping services of Xpress Cargo, the shipper agrees to all the policies and conditions mentioned on this page.
- Handing over a shipment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- The sender must provide complete and accurate details of the shipment, including sender/receiver information, delivery address, and declared value.
- Incorrect information may lead to delays, penalties, or confiscation by authorities.
- Items restricted by IATA, ICAO or government laws (flammable, illegal, hazardous goods) will not be accepted.
- Any undeclared prohibited item may be seized or destroyed without notice.
- Shipments must be packed securely to withstand normal handling.
- Fragile items must be properly protected; Xpress Cargo is not responsible for damages caused by inadequate packing.
- We may open, inspect, re-measure or re-weigh any shipment at any time.
- If weight or volume is higher than declared, additional charges will apply.
- Custom duties, taxes, and clearance fees at destination country must be paid by the shipper or receiver.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or documentation issues.
- Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Delays due to customs, natural disasters, airline cancellations, or operational challenges are beyond our control.
- We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from fire, theft, accidents, natural disasters, or customs action.
- Liability is limited unless insurance is purchased separately.
- Insurance must be requested and paid separately.
- Without insurance, claim amounts may be restricted.
- Dangerous goods are strictly prohibited unless officially approved and documented.
- False declarations may result in penalties or legal action.
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of value and photos of damage are required.
- Charges apply on actual or volumetric weight — whichever is greater.
- Formula: (Length × Width × Height) / 5000.
- If the receiver refuses the parcel or fails to pay customs duties, the shipper is responsible for return and storage fees.
- Shipments seized or destroyed by customs due to non-compliance or forbidden items are the sole responsibility of the shipper.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, political issues, carrier disruptions, or uncontrollable events.
- The shipper must provide a complete and correct address. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or undeliverable parcels.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipments that are improperly packed, illegal, or unsafe for handling.
- Shipments containing fraudulent documents, illegal goods, or misdeclared items will be reported to authorities.
- Xpress Cargo may revise or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
